Chip A.; not sure if giving an "F" is too harsh, but I actually like a publication (or site) that is willing to actually use a full grading scale.  Too many places take the easy way out and give D's (or similar rating), so as not to offend.</description>

		<description>I think giving U. Conn an "F" was a bit harsh, at least off the past two seasons, they have been a decent team.  No that they deserved anything higher than a "D" - but it is not like they have been an embrassment to the conference.
