The Cape Cod All-Star game takes place tonight in Chatham MA. The game is usually a showcase event for the top draft eligibile players in 2009. UC-Irvine pitcher Bryce Stowell will start for the Western Division while Matt Thomson of San Diego will start for the Eastern Division.
