Ever since the University of Texas finish remodeling Disch Falk Field last December it has been widely speculated that they would replace the turf with Field Turf. As of today there was a crew pulling out the old turf. With fall ball not starting until the middle of September and the summer camps are all over, this will allow the crew undivided attention on the turf.

I will have updated pictures as the weeks go by so make sure to check back to see the new look.
