Wrigley Field
(Chicago, IL) - On a fantastic afternoon here at Wrigley Field in Chicago, strikeouts have accounted for the majority of outs so far today in this inaugural showcase. The coaches for both “Team One” and “Baseball Factory” have been basically using one pitcher per inning and the pitchers have been using this opportunity to shine, and in several innings striking out the side.
The biggest hit so far was a drive to deep center field by Max Stassi from Yuba City High School in California. His drive to the ivy in front of the 400 foot marker in center gave him a double to go along with two singles from earlier.
