That would be great because my son is looking at one of those schools in that conference for next year and we are going to choose a school based on several academic and baseball criteria and being able to playing for a team that will be able to participate in the NCAA tournament is one of those criteria. keep me posted. I really like this web site. Good luck the rest of the year. I hope to comment along the way aswell. Thanks, Cody M.

I am not exactly sure of the rule.

I know in other sports that a new conference needs to be together for 2 or 3 years before they can have an auto bid.

I will see if I can find the exact rule.

I'm not familiar with NCAA rules and minimums. What rules do other conference abid by now that this conference does not. Is it a matter of filing or what?

My opinion is that the conference will get an NCAA bid when they reach the minimum standards set by the NCAA.

Its great to see this New Conference get some good reviews. The NCAA should look at the winner of this conference for an automatic bid into the NCAA tournament, or at least a by in game. What do you think? With more exposure like sites like this and a place in the NCAA tournament it will attract even better players.
