The College Baseball season kicks off on Friday morning at 12:01 am when Central Michigan and Florida Gulf Coast face off. We had a very busy week around the CBB with tons of press releases previewing the college baseball season. We try to stay away from so many press releases but with the season around the corner we wanted to get them up. I ended up writing two conference previews this week with the Patriot League and the Red Rolfe Division previewed. Chris Webb who recently joined our site has started to post some of his previews of squads in the Big Ten. He has already checked in on Illinois and Indiana with the rest of the conference coming in the rest of week. We had our first CBB Visit of the year when Donald Boyles took in the Easton College Classic in Tyler Texas. Our bonus article of the week is our tremendous interview with Illinois head coach Dan Hartleb.
