Rice will be without their two best pitchers this weekend when they take on Tulane in a Conference USA clash.   Wayne Graham is being very cautious with his top pitchers because he knows how much his season depends on their health.

Mike Ojala hasn’t pitched since his start against Southern Miss on March 20.  He was supposed to start Friday night against Tulane but will be held out until at least next weekend when Rice takes on East Carolina.

Ryan Berry was not supposed to pitch this weekend, and Graham said it will be at least a couple weeks before he sees the mound for the Owls.
