Collin Whitchurch of The Daily Eastern News has a good article looking at the summer of the Eastern Illinois baseball players. They had guys in leagues from Cape Cod all the way to Texas. They didn’t disappoint as Josh Mueller had an excellent summer with the Wareham Gatemen which has seen many scouts already calling Eastern Illinois coach Jim Schmitz.
