The LSU Tigers baseball program held a special ceremony on early Saturday evening when each member of the 2009 NCAA Championship squad received their championship ring. The LSU Tigers defeated the Texas Longhorns 7-6 in 11 innings on Monday night. The key hit was by freshman Mikie Mahtook who had a single to center in the 11th inning to bring home D.J. LeMahieu from third base with the winning run.
