Friday night at Jackie Robinson Stadium was slated to be a must see pitching matchup, but UCLA continued their early season dominance with a 9-2 victory over the previously unbeaten Vanderbilt Commodores. James Paxton has officially left the University of Kentucky after he failed to meet with the NCAA. Paxton was the highest returning draft pick to come back to college this season after going 5-3 with a 5.86 ERA last season. You can check out the full statement from Kentucky below.
