Casey Grogan of The Five which covers Oregon State sports has put out his Final Top 25 for the 2008 season. He has the Fresno State Bulldogs in the top spot followed by Georgia in the second spot. He had a whole formula for the ranking system and the full poll is available here.

DALLAS, Texas – After finishing its historic postseason run with a 6-1 victory over Georgia on Wednesday night to win the College World Series, Fresno State finishes the 2008 season ranked No.1 in the final National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association poll.

DALLAS – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association continues its tradition of NCAA Division I polls for the 11th year with its 2008 weekly surveys. Polls will be circulated from Feb. 25-June 30 following the NCAA World Series in Omaha, Neb. All 30 of the ranked teams and several receiving votes are head for the 16 NCAA Regionals Friday-Sunday/Monday, and the Top 30 includes 12 conference champs.
