Today we have Purdue, Alabama State, Central Connecticut, Grambling State, North Carolina A&T State, New York Tech, and Southern. ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Nine games at McCormick Field, a two-game series at national power Florida State and hosting the Big South Conference Baseball Tournament are the highlights of the 2009 UNC Asheville baseball schedule. The 56-game schedule was announced today by head coach Willie Stewart.

CHICAGO – The UIC baseball team unveiled its 2009 schedule on Tuesday, Jan. 20, with a season-opening series against perennial national power Texas beginning a challenging slate for the defending Horizon League champion Flames.
UIC’s campaign begins a month from now against the Longhorns on Friday, Feb. 20 at 3:30 p.m. in Austin, Texas. That is the first of a four-game set against Texas, which is ranked fourth in Baseball America’s Preseason Top 25 Rankings. Read the rest of this entry »

SPOKANE, Wash. – The 2009 Gonzaga University baseball schedule announced Friday includes seven teams ranked in the 2009 pre-season polls, including five squads that participated in the NCAA tournament a year ago.

HOUSTON, Texas – Head baseball coach Jared Moon has announced the HBU Huskies baseball schedule for the upcoming 2009 season.
The schedule will see the Huskies spending most of their time on the road, with 12 home games on the schedule. HBU will play a total of 12 games against five NCAA Tournament teams from 2008.

Cambridge, Mass. – Harvard announced its preliminary 2009 baseball schedule. After recent years of traveling to Florida and California during the early portion of its schedule, Harvard will travel to Louisiana and Alabama this time around.
Harvard opens the campaign on a 20-game road trip, including a 16-game slate of games in the deep South. A number of new opponents will face off against Joe Walsh’s Crimson including the season-opening, four-game series against Jacksonville State. Read the rest of this entry »

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College baseball team has released its schedule for the 2009 season. The season will begin on February 20 in DeLand, Fla. with a series against Stetson as part of a 14-game trip in the state of Florida. The last 11 games of the season will all be in Chestnut Hill at Commander Shea Field.
