With Texas locking up the Big 12 regular season championship last weekend, it’s a battle for second place in the conference this weekend. Oklahoma and Texas A&M both sit at 14-10 in conference play, and the two teams face off in Norman this weekend with a potential NCAA host spot on the line. CORAL GABLES, Fla. – A trio of Ohio State pitchers, led by starter and winner Alex Wimmers (now 5-0), one-hit the No. 2 Miami Hurricanes and the Buckeye bats did more than enough to secure a 7-1 victory Tuesday before 1,755 fans at Alex Rodriguez Park. Ohio State, ranked 16th in the Collegiate Baseball poll, improves to 18-3 with the win while Miami, No. 2 in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association poll, falls to 18-5. With the Season starting in a few weeks schools are still releasing and getting their schedule together. We have come across 7 more schedules; Virginia Commonwealth, Arkansas Pine Bluff, Prairie View A&M, Texas Southern, Jackson State, Alabama State, and Alabama A&M. We have all your schedules up top for DIV I,II,III and the NAIA.

Share Head Coach Jay Martin- Alabama A&M
Head Coach Jay Martin and Alabama A&M kick off their 2009 campaign against Saint Francis with a Double Header on Saturday the 21st of February.
Coach Martin also has schedule Texas, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Duke and Alabama as part of their Non Conference schedule.

AUSTIN, Texas — Preston Clark and David Hernandez hit two home runs apiece to lead the Texas Longhorns to a doubleheader sweep of the Alabama A&M Bulldogs, 18-0 and 14-3, at UFCU Disch-Falk Field on Wednesday evening.
Clark, who hit both of his dingers in the second game, went 4-for-5 with five runs and four RBI in the doubleheader. He also reached base on one walk and two hit-by-pitches. Hernandez hit one tater in each game and went 5-for-7 with four runs, one double, two home runs and seven RBI for the day. Read the rest of this entry »

Old Dominion 8 UNC 6 (10 innings)
CARY, NC–Old Dominion University senior first baseman Brian Cipolla (Plainview, NY.) knocked in six runs to lead the Monarchs (1-1) to an 8-6 victory over second ranked North Carolina (3-1) Tuesday evening. This is the highest ranked team ODU has ever beaten.
North Carolina took a 5-4 lead into the top of the ninth. With two outs, in the ninth Cipolla hit his first homer of the season to right field to tie the game. After shutting down the Tar Heels in the bottom of the ninth, the Monarchs scored three runs in the top of the tenth. Read the rest of this entry »
