In the second day of action at the Austin (Tx) Regional, the elimination game featured a matchup between Army from the Patriot League and Texas State of the Southland Conference. Army lost their opening game to Texas 3-1 and Texas State wasted a 3 run ninth inning lead to lose to Boston College 8-7.
