Share The Ball State baseball team heads into the 2009 season with its sights set on challenging for a Mid-American Conference championship as it returns 16 letterwinners from last season’s team which posted a 28-25 overall record and a 12-11 mark in conference play. Florida State Baseball Announces 2009-10 Signing Class
Florida State baseball and head coach Mike Martin announced the signing of seven student-athletes to National Letters of Intent as of November 13, 2008. The 2009-10 class features six players from the state of Florida and one from Maryland. The signees include 3B David Boyd, SS/2B Ryan Gennett, INF Justin Gonzalez, INF/RHP Tyler Hibbs, LHP Brett Lee, C/1B Stephen McGee, 2B Devon Travis.

NOTE: If you are looking for the 2009 College Baseball schedules we have them in two places. In both places you will notice that we have them divided up by Divisions-I, II, III. It is located in the header up top and also on the right hand side where it says “View 2009 Schedules”. If you have any questions or comments please leave them.
Ball State baseball head coach Greg Beals officially released the 2009 schedule, which includes 24 games at Ball Diamond. In addition to playing 15-of-27 Mid-American Conference games at home, the Cardinals will also host Big 10 foes Indiana (April 15) and Purdue (April 28).

Baylor 7 Texas State 2
WACO, Texas – Baylor erased a two-run deficit with a four-run fifth, and Randall Linebaugh recorded a season-high seven strikeouts as the Bears defeated Texas State 7-2 in midweek action Tuesday night at Baylor Ballpark. The Bears (29-20) improved to 20-10 at home this season; Baylor has recorded at least 20 home wins in each of Baylor Ballpark’s 10 seasons. Share Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC has released their 2008 schedule. The 2008 season will be the first year that the College has competed in Division 1 and will join the Big South Conference in 2009. They will open the season at UNC Asheville on February 22nd for a three game set. Some of the other highlights on the schedule is a visit from Yale for two games and heading to Tennessee, taking on Clemson in Greenville SC, and taking part in the Coastal Carolina Tournament where they will take on Michigan, Ball State, and the hosts Coastal Carolina.
