The CBB continues our countdown for the 2010 College Baseball season by checking in on the Top 100 Players in the country. We will be providing one player per day until we reach number 1.
We continue the list today with number 90 in our countdown with Florida Southern junior RHP Daniel Tillman. He is a 6’1 195 pound righhander from Live Oak, Florida and Suwannee High School. He was a third-team all-state selection in his junior and senior season.

The Warner Royals, ranked #13 in the NAIA, defeated the Florida Southern Moccasins 9-5 on Tuesday afternoon. Florida Southern is ranked #1 in Division II.
The Royals were led by 1B Dan Smith of Lake Monmorah, Australia. He was 2-5 with a home run and two RBI. DH Jason Griffin also hit a two-run home run for the Royals. Baseball America has put together previews of Division 2 and Division 3. They have Tampa as the best team in the country for Division 2. The Spartans are seeking their third title in the last four years. UC San Diego is listed as the second best team while Mount Olive who was the 2008 Division 2 champion are ranked third by Baseball America. Central Missouri and Florida Southern round out the Top 5. Baseball America has put Robbie Shields of Florida Southern as the top position player while Mike Adams of Franklin Pierce is the top pitcher. Read the rest of this entry »
