Rindge, NH – After a string of one-run losses, the #2 Bryant Bulldogs made sure they’re elimination game with #6 C.W. Post was never close, grabbing an early lead and cruising to a 10-3 win.

(May 15, 2008) – Top-seeded and host Franklin Pierce University, ranked 14th in this week’s pingbaseball.com Division II poll and 21st in the Collegiate Baseball magazine rankings, belted a program-record matching six home runs in rolling to a 16-2 victory over sixth-seeded LIU-C.W. RINDGE, N.H. (February 4, 2008) – Franklin Pierce University is the unanimous top choice in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers of America’s (NCBWA) Division II Northeast Regional preseason poll. Franklin Pierce, the defending Northeast Region and Northeast-10 regular season and tournament champions, received all nine first place votes by the committee. East Coast Conference regular season and tournament champion Adelphi University was picked second with 73 points. Northeast region and NE-10 Tournament runners-up Bryant University is third, followed by the University of Massachusetts Lowell in fourth and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference champions Caldwell College rounds out the top five.
