Share Jeff Duncan has left his position as a volunteer assistant coach at Auburn for an assistant position with the Purdue Boilermakers. Duncan spent the last school year with the Tigers coaching the outfielders and helping out with the hitters. Outfielder Trent Mummey won the ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove while the team hit a school record 103 homers.
This is an interesting move as Purdue is looking to turn around the program after going 25-26 overall and 11-12 in the Big Ten which saw them finish in sixth place in the conference.
