ShareIt has been a slow week around here as we go through the yearly lull around the holiday season. Many schools shut down around the new year and don’t put out too much information around the holidays. We should have some great stuff in the coming weeks as I have been gaining information on a bunch of schools/conferences. Read the rest of this entry »

The College Baseball Blog would like to wish all of our readers a Happy New Year. There has been some tremendous growth in this site over the last year while I have figured out a ton with the way to run a website. The site has encountered less outages over the year and we are currently researching some new features that will be coming soon so please check back often and give us feedback on the new stuff. If you have any ideas or suggestions for the site please feel free to email me by clicking here.
Thanks
Brian Foley

We are looking into getting some corporate sponsorships for the 2009 season. I am getting real close to getting enough funds a month to be running this site full-time. If we could get one major sponsor for the 2009 campaign, then it will enable me to travel the country covering games to bring to our great readers.
We are always accepting donations to keeping the site up and running which is getting more popular everyday. We accept many different forms of payment so to donate click on the PayPal logo to the left or clicking here.

ShareI have put up a new poll on the site about whether or not that we should cover the Olympic Baseball Tourney which starts up in about a week. Please vote when you get a chance.

The College Baseball Blog would like to announce that Mark Rafferty has been promoted to the Assistant Editor role. Mark came to our site late in the season where he covered the Fullerton Regional and Super Regionals. He has decided to accept my offer to become the Assistant Editor after some intense contract negotations. This is big news for our site as it will help out with our coverage when I am working or not available to make some changes to the site. He can be contacted by clicking here or on his name in the writers section.
