LSU’s Austin Nola Hits for the Cycle in Summer League
DANVILLE, Ill. — When he arrived in Danville to join the Dans, Austin Nola brought with him plenty of memories from his school season at LSU.
Both he and Dans teammate Mikie Mahtook were late-comers after winning this year’s College World Series.

NEW ORLEANS – Middle Tennessee’s Bryce Brentz and South Alabama’s Lance Baxter have been named the Sun Belt Conference Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, as decided on by the league’s member institutions. The award marks the second for Brentz this season, while Baxter earns his first citations.

The Baylor Bears welcomed in three teams to take part in the Baylor QTI Classic. The night cap on Saturday featured #15 Baylor take on #13 UC-Irvine with the first game of the day featuring South Alabama and Alabama-Birmingham which was won by UAB 13-8.
