Louisiana Tech Bulldog Baseball Sets Fall Schedule

For the first time in the Wade Simoneaux era at Louisiana Tech, the Bulldog baseball team will play four fall games against outside competition.

Simoneaux announced Monday that Louisiana Tech would play LSU-Shreveport Oct. 3, Panola Junior College Oct. 9, Grambling State Oct. 16 and Bossier Parish Community College Oct. 18.

ST. LOUIS - New Saint Louis baseball coach Darin Hendrickson today announced his 2008 baseball slate. The schedule is highlighted by an exhibition game against the St. Louis Cardinals at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Fla., as well as a five-game spring-break trip to Bradenton, Fla. The A-10 Conference has released their 2007 Pre-Season Baseball Poll. They have picked Charlotte to win the title behind third baseman Aaron Bray’s potent bat. The defending champion St. Louis and URI round out the top three. It should be an interesting season in the A-10 conference like usual and the full press release on the poll is available here.

Louisville has released the 2007 schedule. They will be appearing in my neck of the woods April 13th-15th at Uconn. The full schedule is available in PDF format.

St. Mary’s and Head Coach Jedd Soto have released the 2007 schedule. They play a very challenging schedule including visiting my favorite coach in Paul Mainieri at LSU. The full schedule is available here.

LSU also have released new artist renderings of the New alex Box Stadium which is due to open in 2008. The drawings are available here.

St. Louis and Head Coach Bob Hughes have announced the signing of five student athletes for the 2008 season. They are continuing to build a good program in the A-10. Full release here.
