Mike Leake Fans Career-High 15 Batters As #4 Baseball Defeats Arizona 4-1

TEMPE, Ariz. - Mike Leake struck out 15 in a complete game gem to lead the No. 4 Arizona State University baseball team to a 4-1 victory over Arizona on Friday in front of a sellout crowd of 4,371 at Winkles Field-Packard Stadium at Brock Ballpark. He looked at every start from around the nation and figured out which schools treat their pitchers the best in terms of pitch counts while other schools abuse their pitchers with insane pitch counts. Fresno State at Sacramento State
Fresno State and Sacramento State split their weekend series over the weekend. The Hornets took the opening game on Friday night 9-8 on a walk-off grand slam by freshman Brent Hottman. On Saturday the two teams split the doubleheader with the Hornets picking up game one 4-0 and Fresno State taking game two 6-4.
